First Development Capital Fund (FDCF) is a social investment banking, financial literacy and risk management services fund. In its development financial assistance program, it serves as a regional development capital fund for underserved communities and individuals engaged in small business, agribusiness, manufacturing, small and medium enterprise (SMEs) in rural and semi-rural areas, peri-urban areas in the Delta States (AL, LA and MS), and the Southern States (AL, GA, FL, SC), in the United States and selected overseas countries.
