Women are changing the future of farming!

Women are changing the future of farming whether the industry is ready or not. But they’re doing it with less land, less funding and way less representation than they deserve.

Women farmers are struggling with limited access to land and financing, balancing farm responsibilities with family life, and a total lack of representation in agricultural leadership.
Thankfully there are USDA programs designed specifically to support women in agriculture and NSI is here to help you claim every bit of that support that you deserve.

  • Loans & Grants – Whether you’re buying land, upgrading equipment or starting from scratch, there’s money on the table for women in agriculture. Microloans, operating loans and grants for value-added products are just the beginning
  • Mentorship Programs – The USDA supports partnerships that connect beginning women farmers with experienced mentors. NSI helps you find the right match and build a support system that has your back.
  • Business & Risk Management Training  – Learn how to run your farm like a boss. From building a business plan to navigating crop insurance, NSI makes sure you’re set up for long-term success and not just survival.

Whether you’re farming herbs in containers or managing a multi-acre operation, you deserve access, support, and a seat at the table.

Women are redefining agriculture, and at NSI, we’re here to make sure you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re a woman in farming looking for resources, send us a message—we’ve got you covered!
